"IMpressive polite staff nice food and direct flight"

Travelled from Birmingham to Islamabad and back did enjoyed as it is a short journey as compared to other airlines.

Clean aeroplane comfy seats,polite and caring staff and delicious food was main attractions

lack of entertainment no kids meals very few pillows and blankets were the factors which need to improve..
