"Staff can be rude"

A review of Grassmere Rest Home by Mary written on Wednesday 30th of March 2016

The staff there are sometimes not speak English and can be very rude.the cooks are not very socable they can be funny at times the best one was Elaine she looks after you but standards need a lot of improvement in this home.
