I waited patiently and in good faith for 16 months for my engagement ring to be made, but was let down. No effort was made to inform me that it would not be possible during this period. Many appointments I had made and spent money on to see the jeweller and the ring’s progress were cancelled at very short notice. In the end after mentioning Trading Standards they told me the jeweller was retiring. No compensation for consequential loss or inconvenience was given. A severe lack of communication and customer care. I don’t wish anyone else to experience this..
