"Not answering the phone"

I not very happy I called JD at St. Andrews retail park small Heath and nobody answering the phone so I called again stil no answer which I find very difficult not to answer phone second time I called last time I wil not purchase anything from this store again as I was calling bout my order thanks JD customer that you've lost.
