Sent here from the Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham. Told it was a deep cleaned room in a home from home setting. It was horrendous, as soon as I got there the smell of cannabis was ridiculous, the room wasn’t even hoovered let alone deep cleaned! Mould and damp on the bed, oven was full of thick gunk, saw staff and residents smoking cannabis in the garden, USED needle and syringe with blood on in bathroom. That is just the start, it needs shutting down, it’s a health hazard!.
