"Old Fox Real Ale Rubish"

Having popped into the Old Fox Hurst Street last Saturday night before going into the Hippodrome I orderded a pint of real ale,the bar man when pouring stopped and then topped up the glass from another glass under the counter. I then said to him I don't want slops in my drink, to which he replied it's ok I just used it from another drink.I couldn't believe what I had just heard and handed over my £2.90 the bar man then disapeared, I then asked another bar man to replace the drink as it was flat,which he did without any fuss and without any topping up.The service leaves a lot to be desired this day and age.I noticed a note on the window as I was leaving that said Bar Staff Required,It should be the staff they have got should be properly trained.I spent nearly 30 years in the Brewing Industry and never seen anthing like that before.Keep a eye on the staff if you are going to use The Fox you could be getting more than you asked for.
