"Not happy with the service at Urban Village"

Admittedly vintage shops in Birmingham are few and far between, so I do love to pop down to Urban Village in the Custard Factory and see what goodies they've got in every saturday. However the last few times that I've been in recently I've found the service to be really poor, a few of my friends have also said the same. Last month I visited, found two really nice dresses but had to stand around for 10 minutes at the till waiting to pay while both shop assistants stood around talking eventhough I was in plain sight. Yes, I could of gone and interrupted them and asked to be served, but why should I have to! This is a good shop but I don't see it lasting long if they take this long to serve customers - sort it out urban village or I'll be heading straight to Cow instead!.
