After ordering a watch with another company and it not arriving I rang to be told company had gone into liquidation and that I would not be receiving it. Disappointed as it was a present for my grand daughter. Rang company and asked who supplied their watches and was told it was International Watches in Birmingham. Rang them and they were so helpful, agreeing to supply a named watch for the cost price as I had already forked out for one. I sent a cheque and received the watch the following day - they were polite, sympathetic and extremely efficient. Thank you!.
