I ordered a jacket from raves clothing and the service was great it arrived brilliant quality and on time .. very prompt delivery but i tried at least 6-8 times to contact them as it was a little small for my husband and i just wanted a bigger size sent and i would return the smaller item ... but no response .... it stated that i refunds and exchanges were available so i don't think i was looking something that was not possible...
