"PATHETIC"

Royal Mail is a pathetic joke, when their service is finally outsourced to other professional companies they will then be bleating how unfair it all is.

I, like many other people here run a business that relies on a prompt and proffessional postal service. Humpage Road and the Royal Mail are neither.

As stated no one answers the 'phone and there isn' even an answering service stating days and times etc.

All in all a pathetic sham of a so called "service", roll on greater competition, its time to see the back of these fools that seem stuck in the 1970s work ethic that saw the end of companys such as Rover etc once and for all..
