"Not happy"

I ordered a pair of ladies red flat ballerina dolly pump shoes through Amazon ..

Order ID 203-0747175-6758768 ..

They arrived in good time .......... Problem being that the ones that arrived are black and not red as per order.

The cost of postage in returning this item is now making these shoes expensive ... This is an obvious error on your part. Either your staff are colour blind or unable to read.

What do you wish me to do next ? .
