"Lack of helpful staff"

I use this store regulary and find it very difficult to even get served this is usually at around 6.15 am the staff keep you standing to a point where you have to actually find one of them!It seems to me that the only way to get served is to serve yourself at a self-serve till which is impossible as i need cigarettes which as you know are behind the counter...... .
