"Waste of time"

Making the appointment is so time consuming! The longest time I have waited was about 45 minutes, and at the end of it there were no more appointments available. Absolutely terrible. Waste of time. When will this health centre fix this issue? I call at 8.50am and when they do pick up they tell me to call at 9am. When I callback at 9, i wait for a very long time and then get told that there aren't any appointments left! Absolutely terrible!
