"Let down again"

I was discharged from hospital and a district nurse was to attend me at home but the Newtown practice did not act on the request from hospital and chose to ignore, never though I was booked yo go back in for surgery on the Monday. I was told to call 111 and they said just pop along to badger service in Bordesley green -disgusting. Helen McLaughlin .
