PIA Karachi office messed up my ticket and I was asked to ammend the ticket when I reach london. I have been calling them constantly for past four days and have received all sorts of information about how much it will cost me. Finally I am making a trip to their office in Birmingham ( 2 hrs away from where I live) to make this change. their customer service is so poor and they give different information everytime you call them..
