"Excellent"

I took a gem set necklace into the work shop last week to be redesigned to make a pair of ear rings and a shorter necklace. Mr Turley was very pleasant and helpful coming up with suggestions on the design. I also left a wedding ring to be resized and a pendant to be cleaned and a new chain fitted. I had not read the poor reviews before hand. When I found them 6 days later I was very worried to say the least. However I returned to see if the work was done after only 7 days and was delighted to hear he had completed everything apart from the replacement chain. I was absolutely delighted with the work on the necklace and ear rings, the wedding ring fitted correctly and was beautifully cleaned as was the pendant. I decided I would get my own chain and have fun looking around the other shops in the Quarter. I am so happy with the standard of work and also the extremely reasonable costs that I decided to post this review. I note the poor ones are from some time ago so it would appear, from my experience , that things have been improved. I would be happy to go back again if I needed to..
