Their customer service is a joke all smiles and politeness on the face full of rubbish it is the service of airlines to make life easier for the customer what is the sense of having to attend in person to collect a ticket from the Birmingham booking office when you can pay over the phone with debit card and email your documents over.

And they never answer the phone why have a line installed oh yes to be used for their private calls.

And this is the service for business class travel.

Awards Plus is a load of b......ks.
