"Poor service and part of my order missing"

Well, I don't normally review retailers/fast food outlets, but I have made the decision to award "Ken tuck you up" nil points.

Just been through the drive through in Erdington Birmingham, couldn't get the order correct,know normally thank you, eye contact etc. When got home a round trip of 30 minutes in the traffic, I find one of the meals was missing, the other was very poor quality chicken and the very soft under cooked fries, (If you can call them that) so tried calling the store to sort it out, 5 calls for 30 minutes, no reply, says it all really, Head Office expect my call in the morning!!.
