"Never Answer their phone"

What a rubbish customer service. Been trying to contact their office for last two days. They never answer their phone and irony no one cares. No wonder it has become one of the most horrible airline to travel with. Staff do not give a toss about the damage they are causing to the airline and the country. I would recommend the higher officials to call them everyday to figure out their attitude and service. Shame on all the haramkhors not working and getting paid in PIA, Birmingham office..
