"Don't give any information if there's any change"

A review of Pakistan International Airlines by Naeem written on Thursday 16th of April 2015

I booked flight and departure time was 17:30. But when I checked two days before my flight, it's change to 20:00 but PIA staff didn't inform about any changes. There will be so many people who can't use Internet so they will be waiting for flight for two and half hours. Staff behaviour is so rude, they never smile. .
