"The start of our day out..."

I would just like to say a sincere thank you for all your help and kindness today. I must say I was very apprehensive on coming to Birmingham today with my disabled partner. But as soon as we met the lovely lady in the shop mobility office, all my fears were put to rest. So professional, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a lovely Time, and everything was so convenient.
